Doug,
From the stand point of a general member, and as a member of the board I think these are great ideas. I think anything we can do to keep the club informed, and maybe even increase participation is a win win situation.

Andrew,
I would like to see Chris, K2CS have a DX column like he used to have and have his inside info on upcoming DXpeditions and rule changes affecting DXers. Also a contest column should be in there regularly. I would be interested in hearing how many responses you get regarding this, as Im sure the BOD would also. It would be a good measure of the clubs sentiments (if they even read these!!) If you have any field day results or an article for the newsletter I think it should be in there also, considering how well we did with the casual effort, again important for the whole club to hear going into the meeting next week. I will write that if needed.
73z & thanks,
Doug

RDXA Members,
Since taking the reigns of the RDXA newsletter, I have taken a kind of scattershot approach to filling out space in our paper of record. Now that I have had some time in the seat, I realize it's time to be more organized. There are holes in the monthly bulletin that need to be filled.
I would like input from any and all concerning what you want to see in the newsletter; regular columns, advice, schedules and other reports that would be relevant to the DXer.
If you know of sources for good info, I would like to know that too.
Of course, the necessary bullet points and announcements of upcoming events will be presented, as well as photos and summaries of past events.
This months letter will be posted soon. Your suggestions will be taken into account by your editor to make this club letter all the more relevant to you, the RDXA club member.
73,
Andrew
