I would think that as long as a paid up member is designated we should be ok.   That's a yes vote

  I would vote that if it is in place all we need is for the BOD voting members to approve it and have the secretary record it when the vote is passed as a quorum.

  We can do that on here as e-mail is an approved method of conducting BOD business. The rest of you BOD and Officers may now vote.

  When I took on the position of Treasurer, succeeding WB2HJV, the alternate

  individual who was designated to have signature authority and access to the

  club's bank account became Vic Gauvin, K1PY.  That authority took effect at

  the bank in July 2007, and should be changed.
