Guess I spoke too soon, blame it on 36 e-mails in this flurry. I'll vote for Bill as well.

Fine by me as well as long as Bill accepts.

If Bill accepts, I would go along with him.

You are correct, it does say one other Director shall be designated, that
leave K1PY out, as he is not a director.

OK, I change my vote to Bill K2TER (if he will accept it.)

I assumed it would have to be a current BoD member, and should

have probably been changed some time ago. But am not against

leaving things as is with K1PY. If the majority vote turns out to

be Change It, then K2TER would work best with close proximity

to the bank branch where account is located.

I would vote that if it is in place all we need is for the BOD voting
members to approve it and have the secretary record it when the vote is
  passed as a quorum.

We can do that on here as e-mail is an approved method of conducting BOD
business. The rest of you BOD and Officers may now vote.

  Paul K2DB

I vote for Yes for Approval of K1PY staying on the clubs bank account.

When I took on the position of Treasurer, succeeding WB2HJV, the alternate

individual who was designated to have signature authority and access to the

club's bank account became Vic Gauvin, K1PY. That authority took effect at

the bank in July 2007, and should be changed.

Did we do this ?, and if we did, who is the lucky member?
