[Rdxa-bod] Scott - K2ZS

I just had a rather lengthy conversation with Scott and he asked me to
convey the following to the board.

Due to the lack of time to fulfill his duties, to please accept his
resignation from the RDXA Board of Directors, 

and as webmaster for both the RDXA and NYQP websites.

Scott will remain a member of RDXA and will be available as his time allows,
if we need help with the new

webmaster, he will help as much as he can. 

At his request, I have removed Scott from the rdxa-bod at rdxa.com mailing
list, and he will continue to receive

club  messages on the regular rdxa at mailman.qth.net reflector.
