All,
 
I gave a deposit to Lilian today for the Banquet date of 21 April 2012.
Tentative planning is 1800 local for the bar and 1900 for the dinner.  We
will discuss as the date gets closer as to what we want to do for the menu.
Just wanted to let you know it is held for us.
