[RDXA] K2MTH in R.I.

Worked Mark last nite on 3830 LSB. Band noise was S7 and he was S9 on AA batteries in his KX3. Later he went QRO by plugging in the wall wart. He's running a Carolina Windom and the internal KX3 tuner.
