[RDXA] CQ WPX-Mixed requirements (ARRL vs. CQ)

Hi:

Yup.  More wallpaper time.  So here is my dilemma.  I have enough to get my
WPX-Mixed but depending on who you use to get it, the requirements are
different.

CQ requires 400 prefixes, but ARRL LoTW requires 300.  Has anyone noticed
this?

Now ARRL wants your left arm to get the award via LoTW credits.  CQ team
wants $6 if you are a subscriber, of which I am.

I am going to apply via the CQ team, just wondering why the 100 prefix
difference.  Interesting.
