[RDXA] 2013 NYQP Plaque Sponsorships

See the attached file, there are only 8 plaques that are remaining to be
sponsored.

It appears to be on track with last years' time frame.

I do have a concern, 2 of the plaques are awards for RDXA members and they
are not sponsored yet. ?????

I update it as I get the paid sponsorship info from Irv. If you want to
sponsor one of the available

plaques, the payment info is on the website link.
