[RDXA] 12 and 10 are open

Worked Wales this morning on the way in on 12, band already in good shape.  Wonder what this cold front will do to things, looks nasty to the west.

Just as Doug said yesterday - 10 & 12 are wide open - RSGB contest too so plenty of stations on.
