[RDXA] Reflector Update

I received a list of RDXA paid up members on Tuesday night.

I will begin deleting any unpaid members from the reflector in the near
future.

If you receive an e-mail stating you have been removed, it because you did
not pay your dues.

We were going to do this on October 1st, but we gave a 10 day grace period,
and that time has elapsed.

I hope you are NOT going to receive that e-mail.
