[RDXA] Minor Website changes

Hi Everyone:

You may begin to notice small changes with that long list of page links on
the homepage.  I am trying to group those into something more manageable.
 Let me know if you cannot get to a page.

All the content is still there (it just may be grouped under a heading) and
I am staying away from the NYQP integration for now.
