[RDXA] Commander rig control software

I have always been a big fan of Ham Radio Deluxe but at a $100 for the
latest release and $50 per year after to continue support and updates
you have to be a super fan. Because of this I have been experimenting
with the whole DXLab Suite (Commander is the rig control piece) on my
Yaesu 897D for over a year now. It is a nice program but not as polished
as HRD with the screen layouts. When I tire of the high cost of HRD,
DXLab Suite will be the next permanent software package for me. In the
mean time I will keep experimenting with it.
