[RDXA] Get those stations ready - CQWW SSB

A fun contest but also the only contest I find to be annoying. It is the
only contest where I am refused an exchange other than a dupe. I always
find a handful of operators that will yell back "DX only" to me. I know it
is a DX contest but I need the zone and the multiplier. Sometimes I just
cannot find a Canadian in zones 3, 4, or 5.
This year I will be recording the call signs that cannot spare 15 seconds
to hand out a multiplier. Am I the only one with this problem?
