[Paul Mackanos - K2DB]

.         All of my Action Items from the January 10th BOD meeting are
complete.

 

o   Membership purge 

1.       Action: Paul (K2DB) to execute purge plan. - COMPLETED 1/11/2012

o   RDXA Chat

1.       This reflector had been found to be suboptimal and will be closed.
RDXA Chat list was Closed on 1/11/2012

.         Field Day

o   Need to determine our approach

1.       Club vote will be required

o   Informal poll of the board was near unanimous for casual operation.

o   Action: Paul K2DB to take care of the Field Day Communication Field Day
communication sent to club reflector on 1/11/2012

 

Job Descriptions - tabled - Discuss at the next meeting, see articles for
review Article 3 section 1-7. It was un-tabled after the official meeting.
Job descriptions sent to both BOD and Regular reflector on 1/11/2012

 

.         Summary of discussion: Paul (K2DB) owns the key and would like to
return the key's distribution criteria to the match the original intent. I
would expect Andrew to return the key to me on Tuesday at the meeting.

 

My suggestion is that all of us go thru the minutes as supplied to us by the
Secretary (K2TER), take care of our items as I have done above and send them
to the rdxa-bod at rdxa.com list.

Hopefully Bill then will update the minutes and save us a bunch of time at
the next BOD meeting, knowing what is done and what is not. Just a
suggestion !!
